In most cases, our fees are self-generating. We get paid based on a percentage of the measurable savings obtained. If we can’t save you money - no fees apply. It’s as simple as that.
Alternatively, an hourly or annual contract rate applies when you elect to hire our firm on a retainer basis. Clients have used our retainer services for AMPS Readiness Review, AMPS Appeals, Ruling Requests, Tariff Classification, Origin and Valuation Appeals or to provide timely advice on transportation claims and other specific issues.
